You Plus Me Equals the Power of Two

When the You Plus Me stamp set was introduced in the Occasions Catalog in January I was surprised at the number of people who had never heard the word "twitterpatted". So, I looked it up.

1) to be completely enamored with someone or something.
2) the flighty exciting feeling you get when you think about/see the object of your affection.
3) romantically excited
4) the ever increasing acceleration of heartbeat and body temperature as a result of being engulfed amidst the exhilaration and joy of being/having a romantic entity in someone's life.

I was determined that the You Plus Me stamp set could create a lot more than just Valentine's Day cards. Definition #4 reminds me of a happily married couple and that's what inspired me to create this Lisa Original! .

I stamped the words twitterpatted on the Real Red cardstock using the same color ink to give some background to the card. I also used the Project Life Corner Rounder to round the top edges of my sentiment area.

The words " Happy Anniversary" come from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set which I stamped in Whisper White craft ink. I added a candy dot from the Brights Collection to pull the overall color scheme of the card together.

The greeting is from the stamp set "Yippee Skippee". That set has some really fun and unique sentiments in it. I used the Real Red marker to color in the word "power" so it would stand out.

Many of you have asked for an update on Baby What's His Name. We're still waiting. I'm feeling for my niece. Not only is she 4 days over due and feeling uncomfortable but she's also caught a cold. If there's no natural progress by Thursday they will induce her on Friday. So, Baby What's His Name will have a name soon. We're all pretty excited!
